Kelly Burke as The Traveler in Cronos: The New Dawn gets a special mention in a new article published from Polygon on the best performances of the year! Our congratulations goes out to Kelly for being recognised and delivering an incredible voiceover performance. Article excerpt from Claire Lewis …
Cronos: The New Dawn protagonist The Traveler spends the entirety of the game wearing a spacesuit-like garment that completely obscures her face and body, and comes from an extremely utilitarian culture. The only real way for players to learn about her is to pay attention to the way she moves and speaks.

The Traveler’s strange way of speaking is immediately interesting, and Burke’s performance is pivotal in creating a connection between the player and the character they’re controlling. According to the developers, Burke even came up with the idea for the game’s most moving moment herself.
