Voice of the Week: Lizzie Tear

Posted on October 25, 2012 at 9:38 am

Lizzie Tear sprung into the public eye in 1987 when her debut single ‘Life Wont Be The Same’ was released. The song was produced by David Motion and mixed by Michael Brauer and became a surprise hit. Lizzie was immediately signed by ABC and produced a number of hits with them throughout the 80s, including ‘Silver Surfer’ and ‘Turbo Charged’.

Lizzie’s background in the music industry has given her voice a melodic and husky tone. Over the years she has been one of the most in-demand artists at Harvey Voices, voicing various promos with the BBC, CNN, ITV and can be regularly heard on Al Jazeera. Most recently Lizzie was approached by Prada retail and you can now hear her sultry tones whilst shopping in their UK stores.

Trivia: Lizzie once worked as a Saturday girl for Vivienne Westwood.
